Put cheese on an ovenproof plate (a pyrex pie dish works). Spread top with butter, then cover with almonds. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes - a little more depending on the size. Then press the centre with a spoon which should feel soft. Serve with fruit such as strawberries, raspberries or any canned fruit. Makes a delicious lunch.
